Organizations may need to resend confirmation emails when the content has been modified, or when a parent changes their email address and wants the confirmation sent to the new address. In ActiveWorks Camps & Class Manager, follow the steps below to resend an updated confirmation email.

- Click People tab
- Search and select participant name
- Under Current seasons, click View next to season name
- Note: To view past seasons, click View past seasons hyperlink
- Next to desired session name, click Actions and select Resend Confirmation Email
- Note: The confirmation email will be resent to the email address on file
