In some cases, organizations may modify the confirmation email content and want to resend the updated confirmation email to their participants; or parents may change their email address and want to receive the confirmation email via their new email address. To resend an updated confirmation email in ActiveWorks Camps & Class Manager, please follow the steps below. 
  1. Click People tab
  2. Search and select participant name
  3. Click View next to season name
  4. Click Actions next to session name
  5. Select Resend Confirmation Email
  • Note: Confirmation email will be resent to email address on file
