If you have changed the email address for a customer's account after the original confirmation email has gone out, the Email history tab will be blank. Use these steps to resend a confirmation email when a customer's email address has been changed after the original confirmation was sent.
- From People tab, search for customer
- Click customer's name to open family record
- Under Current seasons, click View next to desired season
- Under Registrations, click Actions
- Click Resend confirmation email
