If you have changed the email address for a customer's account after the original confirmation email has gone out, the Email history tab will be blank. Use these steps to resend a confirmation email when a customer's email address has been changed after the original confirmation was sent.
  1. From People tab, search for customer
  2. Click customer's name to open family record
  3. Under Current seasons, click View next to desired season  
  4. Under Registrations, click Actions 
  5. Click Resend confirmation email
