Customers and admin users can update their online account profile information or password by signing in to ACTIVE.com. Follow the steps below to make changes.
  1. Navigate to www.active.com
  2. Click Sign In at the top right of the page
  3. Enter login credentials 
  4. Hover over your name in the top right corner and click Settings
  5. Under My Profile, make necessary modification
  6. Click Change Password on the left side
  7. Click Go to Passport

  1. Enter Current password, New password, and Confirm password
  2. Click Submit

Note: Registrants can click Forgot your password? on the login page to change their password, and contact Consumer Support team at support@active.com to change their cellphone number for receiving the verification codes.

NoteOrganization Administrators do not have access to reset password, or change online account email address for registrants, please contact Support at awcampssupport@activenetwork.com.
