To change the Account Contact Information or Password for a CUSTOMER or an ADMIN user:
  1. Navigate to www.active.com
  2. Click on Sign In at top right of page

  1. Enter log in credentials

  1.  Hover mouse over your name and select Settings

  1. Click Profile Settings, you can edit your Display name and Contact Information
  2. Click Account Settings, you can modify your password

Note: Organization Administrators do not have access to reset passwords or change online account email address for customers. Customers can use Forgot Your Password? link to change password. If organization administrators need to change online account email address for customers, please contact Support at awcampssupport@activenetwork.com.
