When your registration season approaches, be sure to remind your consumers/participants with accounts to reset their passwords via ACTIVE.com if they don't remember what they used. Follow steps below to reset password.
- In the top right corner click Sign In
- Click Forgot your Password?
- Enter email address
- Click Send password link
- In about 5-10 minutes you will receive an email
- Note: Check Spam/Junk folder
- Open email and click Reset my
