When your registration season approaches, be sure to remind your consumers/participants with accounts to reset their passwords via ACTIVE.com if they don't remember what they used. Follow steps below to reset password.
  1. In the top right corner click Sign In

  2. Click Forgot your Password?
  3. Enter email address
  4. Click Send password link
  5. In about 5-10 minutes you will receive an email
    • Note: Check Spam/Junk folder
  6. Open email and click Reset my
