Public facing contact information will be shared to your customers to help them contact you with questions. It will also be shown on your Active.com listing page. If you want to edit the information, please follow the steps below:
  • Note: Only account owners can save the changes to Organization settings
1. Log in via https://activeworks.active.com/
2. Click User-added image on top right
3. Under Organization settings, make necessary changes in Public facing contact information
4. Once done, click Save at the bottom

Note: Active.com listing page may take up to 24 hours to reflect the change
Note: Under the new CUI, the public facing contact information can be directly viewed on the Season listing page
