It is possible to receive an email notification when someone has registered by receiving a copy of every confirmation email sent to participants:
- Click Home tab
- Click Setup under Season name
- Click Confirmation Email on right sidebar
- Check box for Send me a copy of every registration confirmation email
- Enter maximum of five email address, separating each email with a comma (no spaces)
- Click Save

Note: If two copies of confirmation email are received, the most possible reason is that the confirmation email was sent to both the primary and secondary parents/guardians of this participant. Please see Received Two Copies of Confirmation Email for details
