It is possible to receive an email notification when someone has registered by receiving a copy of every confirmation email sent to participants:

  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click Setup under Season name
  3. Click Confirmation Email on right sidebar
  4. Check box for Send me a copy of every registration confirmation email
  5. Enter maximum of five email address, separating each email with a comma (no spaces)
  6. Click Save
Note: If two copies of confirmation email are received, the most possible reason is that the confirmation email was sent to both the primary and secondary parents/guardians of this participant. Please see Received Two Copies of Confirmation Email for details
