This article explains how to add your organization’s social media links so they appear in confirmation emails sent to customers.

  1. Click Setup under the season
  2. Click Confirmation email on the right sidebar under Settings
  3. Click Customize
  4. Enter the Subject
  5. (Optional) Update the From email address
  6. Click Save and Continue
  7. Under Add items on the right sidebar, drag the Social media item box into the email body
  8. (Optional) Under Social media on the lower right, add, remove, or update your organization’s social media URLs
  1. Click Save and Continue
