This article explains how to add your organization’s social media links so they appear in confirmation emails sent to customers.
- Click Setup under the season
- Click Confirmation email on the right sidebar under Settings
- Click Customize
- Enter the Subject
- (Optional) Update the From email address
- Click Save and Continue
- Under Add items on the right sidebar, drag the Social media item box into the email body
- (Optional) Under Social media on the lower right, add, remove, or update your organization’s social media URLs
- Note: Social media set in the database settings is the default social media URL on the confirmation email see Link to Your Social Media Sites
- Click Save and Continue
