Resend an Updated Confirmation Email

Content Details

Organizations may need to resend confirmation emails when the content has been modified, or when a parent changes their email address and wants the confirmation sent to the new address. In ActiveWorks Camps & Class Manager, follow the steps below to resend an updated confirmation email.
  1. Click People tab
  2. Search and select participant name
  3. Under Current seasons, click View next to season name
    • Note: To view past seasons, click View past seasons hyperlink
  4. Next to desired session name, click Actions and select Resend Confirmation Email
  • Note: The confirmation email will be resent to the email address on file
