Follow steps below for a workaround that will allow you to refund registration fees back to your customer.

Note: This is applicable when passing registration fees onto customers.
  • Access desired family account
  • In Order History click desired order number
  • In Transaction history for this order click View Transactions 
  • Click Adjust Payment
  • Enter amount to be refunded
  • Select Continue
  • Select Submit
Note: There will be a balance on the order in the amount of the registration fee that was just refunded. You can leave balance on order or make a cash/check payment to bring order balance to $0.
