Follow steps below for a workaround that will allow you to refund registration fees back to your customer.
Note: This is applicable when passing registration fees onto customers.
- Access desired family account
- In Order History click desired order number
- In Transaction history for this order click View Transactions
- Click Adjust Payment
- Enter amount to be refunded
- Select Continue
- Select Submit
Note: There will be a balance on the order in the amount of the registration fee that was just refunded. You can leave balance on order or make a cash/check payment to bring order balance to $0.
