For organizations on a per registration model, no additional registration fees are charged for any registration transferred from one session to another. 

For organizations on a flat rate model, if the order value increases as a result of the transfer, the registration fee will be adjusted to accommodate the new order total.
  • Note: Fees are non-refundable. In the event the order value decreases as a result of a transfer, the registration fee will remain unchanged. 
When transfer, the system will first cancel the product fee and registration fee on the transfer-out line, then charge the product fee and registration fee on the transfer-in line. 

If registration fees are Set to be passed on to the Participant, you will see a Registration fee credit issued for the original session and a new registration fee applied to the new session.
