When it is set up to let participants absorb the registration fee, if the order is generated with no payments (e.g. failed payment), the registration fee will become balances after the order is canceled. If the agency doesn't require participant to pay it off via online account, the only way to remove it from participant's account is to click Make a payment besides Balance and check out with cash or check. Check steps below:
  1. Locate the participant's account by searching order ID/online account email address/full name from search bar on home tab
  2. Click the order ID
  3. Click Make a payment besides Balance
  4. Click Pay in full
  5. Select Check or Cash
  6. Click Submit payment
