​A short answer question allows you to ask a question that requires a unique answer of 50 characters or less from participants.
  1. In Question box, type question
  2. Click Question type drop down 
  3. Choose Short answer 
    • Note: A question can be required by checking Require a response
  4. ​Click Save and add another
  5. Click Apply
