A short answer question allows you to ask a question that requires a unique answer of 50 characters or less from participants.
- In Question box, type question
- Click Question type drop down
- Choose Short answer
- Note: A question can be required by checking Require a response
- Note: To require a new answer from returning customers in the future, check Do not auto-fill this question
- Click Save and add another
- Click Apply
