Pick‑one questions allow registrants to select one answer from multiple options. Use these steps to create a pick‑one question in your registration form.
  1. Begin process of Create Custom Questions
  2. In Question box, type question
  3. Click Question type drop down and choose Multiple choice - choose one
  4. For Display status, select Radio button or Dropdown
    • Note: Radio button will show all options with a circle button to the left, Dropdown shows the options in a list format
  5. In Choices boxes, enter answers that registrants can choose
  6. Click Add another choice to add answer options
    • Note: A question can be required by checking the box for Require a response
    • Note: To require a new answer from returning customers in the future, check the box for Do not auto‑fill this question
  7. ​Click Save and add another
  8. Click Apply
