A long answer question lets you add a question that might take some explaining and allows the customer to do that with a possibly long answer.
  1. In Question box, type question
  2. Click Question type drop down 
  3. Choose Long answer 
  4. In Choices boxes, enter answers that registrants can choose 
    • Note: Further instructions can be added in the Instructional text box
    • Note: A question can be required by checking the box for Require a response
    • Note: To require a new answer from returning customers in the future, check the box for Do not auto-fill this question
    • Note: Answers are limited to 2000 characters
  5. ​Click Save and add another
  6. Click Apply
