A long answer question allows registrants to provide detailed information when a short response is not sufficient. Use these steps to create a long answer question in your registration form.
  1. Begin process for Creating Custom Questions
  2. In Question box, type question
  3. Click Question type drop down and choose Long answer 
  4. In Instructional text box, add instructions for answering question 
    • Note: Answers are limited to 2000 characters
    • Note: A question can be required by checking the box for Require a response
    • Note: To require a new answer from returning customers in the future, check the box for Do not auto-fill this question
  5. ​Click Save and add another
  6. Click Apply
