Camper notes can be added to individual participants. These can be useful for adding notes regarding registration changes, or behavioral or medical issues.

Additionally, camper notes can be created and managed in the Person summary and Registration summary views for any camper in a family, or for the family as a whole. The contents of notes can be viewed by clicking on the title of a note, and they can also be included in a custom report.

To create a new camper note:

  1. Select People tab
  2. Search and select participant or account name
  3. Select Add note under Notes header
  4. Input note content
  5. Select note Type from drop-down menu
  6. (Optional) Check Mark this note as important 
  7. Select which participant note Relates to
    • Note: This option only available if multiple participants in account
  8. Save
