Once you have Added your Instructors you can also choose to give them access to the Instructor Portal. Here they can view participants registered in their assigned sessions as well as Email Customers from Instructor Portal.

To give an Instructor access to the Portal:
  1. In the top right corner, click User-added image
  2. Select User Administration
  3. Click the Instructors tab
  4. Check the Portal Access Box
    • ​​Note: If the instructor is not an existing user, you will be prompted to Send Invitation to create a user account.
After Instructor's portal access is activated, they can log into Instructor portal https://camps.active.com/organizationname#/instructorPortal to view their campers and email them.
