This article explains how to set an instructor’s availability after they have been added to your database. Setting availability helps prevent scheduling instructors during times they are not available.
  1. Click User-added image in upper right corner
  2. Select User Administration
  3. Click on Instructors tab
  4. Click Edit below instructor's name
  5. Under General availability, click on desired day of the week
  6. Edit Time range
    1. Note: You can still assign instructors to sessions that take place outside of their general availability, but the system will always let you know when you do so
  7. (Optional) Click Add time range to add more than one time range per day
  8. (Optional) Check Not available this day of the week box
  9. (Optional) Under Special times when instructor is not available, click Add date range to specify special dates and times when instructor is not available
  10. Click Save
