You can show or hide Sessions from online by following steps below

  1. Under desired Season click Setup
  2. Click Sessions
  3. Select desired Session
  4. Scroll down to Report and Display Settings
    • Note: Located under Session Options and Merchandise next to Display Status.
  • Online: This option shows Sessions online. Registrants can see or choose this item when registering online.
    • Note: By default, Sessions are Online.
  • Internal only: This option hides Sessions from your account general registration link as well as season link. Registrants cannot see or choose this item online. However, it will still be displayed on the session registration link

    • Note: The Session will be available through internal registrations.
