Use the steps below to update the display status of a session option to make it hidden from the public registration link, so registrants cannot purchase it. Admin users can still view the session option and sell it through internal registration.
  1. At home page, click Setup under desired Season
  2. Click Sessions
  3. Click desired Session name
  4. Scroll down to Session Options header, click Edit Details next to desired session option
  5. Click Display Status drop down box, select Internal
  6. Click Save​​
  7. Click Save and Continue
