System users can add instructors by creating a new person who does not have the database access or by selecting an existing system user administrator. Adding instructors allows the organization to display the instructor availability and schedule classes accordingly.
To add a new instructor:

- From Home, click
- Select User Administration
- Click Instructors tab
- Select Add Instructor
- Choose to add:
- Completely New Person
- Input Instructor's details
- Existing System User
- Select User
- Completely New Person
- Click Save
