Database users can add instructors by creating a new person who will not have access to the database, or select an existing user administrator to be an instructor. Adding people to the system as an instructor would allow the organization to show the instructor's availability and schedule classes accordingly.  

To add a new instructor:
  1. From Home, click User-added image
  2. Select User Administration
  3. Click Instructors tab
  4. Select Add Instructor
  5. Choose to add:
    1. Completely New Person
      1. ​Input Instructor's details
    2. Existing System User
      1. ​Select User
  6. Click Save
