A multi‑person discount encourages families to register multiple participants in the same order. To qualify, two or more participants must be registered together in a single transaction.
Note: To qualify for the discount, a parent must register more than one participant in the same transaction/order.

- At homepage, select Setup under season name
- Select Discounts
- Select Add new discount
- Input Discount name
- Select Multi-person as Discount type
- Select Application order
- Give benefit to my customer gives the greatest possible discount to customer
- Give benefit to my organization gives the smallest possible discount to customer
- Select to apply discount to all sessions or desired selected session
- Select Give discount to to decide how to apply discount
- If 1 session for the threshold registrant only is chosen, only the 2nd person can receive the discount. If more than one session is selected in step 7, the 2nd person receives the discount on the most expensive session when Give benefit to my customer is selected in step 6; or on the least expensive session when Give benefit to my organization is selected.
- If 1 session for the threshold registrant and all additional is chosen, the 2nd and all subsequent persons can receive the discount. If more than one session is selected in step 7, the discount applies to the most expensive session when Give benefit to my customer is selected; or the least expensive session when Give benefit to my organization is selected.
- If All sessions for the threshold registrant only is chosen, only the 2nd person who registered for any sessions can receive the discount.
- If All sessions for the threshold registrant and all additional is chosen, the 2nd and all subsequent persons who registered for any sessions can receive the discount.
- Input Discount Rule details
- Input amount of participant
- Input discount amount and select dollars off or percent off
- Click Save
