A multi-person discount is an incentive to your customers to register multiple participants. To qualify for a multi-person discount two or more people must be registered in the same order.

Note: To qualify for the discount, a parent must register more than one participant in the same transaction/order

  1. Select Setup under season name
  2. Select Discounts
  3. Select Add new discount
  4. Input Discount name
  5. Select Multi-person as Discount type
  6. Select Application order
    • ​​Give benefit to my customer gives greatest possible discount to customer
    • Give benefit to my organization gives smallest possible discount to customer
  7. Select to apply discount to all sessions or desired selected session
  8. Select Give discount to as to decide how to apply discount
        Note: For example, you require 2 persons registered in the order,
  •  If 1 session for the threshold registrant only is chosen to give discount to, only the 2nd person can have the discount. And if more than one sessions are selected in step 7, the 2nd person will have the discount on the most expensive session if Give benefit to my customer is chosen in above step 6; whereas if Give benefit to my organization is chosen, the 2nd person will get the discount on the least expensive session.
  • If 1 session for the threshold registrant and all additional is chosen to give discount to, the 2nd and all subsequent persons can have the discount. And if more than one sessions are selected in step 7, the 2nd person and all subsequent persons will have the discount on the most expensive session if Give benefit to my customer is chosen in above step 6; whereas if Give benefit to my organization is chosen, the 2nd person and all subsequent persons will have the discount on the least expensive session.
  • If All sessions for the threshold registrant only is chosen to give discount to, only the 2nd person who registered for any sessions can have the discount.
  • If All sessions for the threshold registrant and all additional is chosen to give discount to, the 2nd and all subsequent persons who registered for any sessions can have the discount.
