Custom questions on the registration form can be made to appear depending on the answers to previous multi-choice questions. Both questions will be to be created on the registration form.
To set up question with question conditions:

- Select Setup under desired season
- Click on Registration forms on right side bar
- Click on Customize registration form button
- Find question needing conditional display
- Select Edit on right of question
- Select Condition tab
- In Only show when drop down, select question
- In Equals value drop down, select appropriate answer
- Select Apply
- Select Save to save registration form edits
