Organization users can now edit all custom question translations in the Agency for a specific language. Currently, following languages are supported:
  • English (Australia)
  • English (Canada)
  • English (Great Britain)
  • English (New Zealand)
  • English (Singapore)
  • English (United States)
  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • Spanish (United States)
Once updated, translations of custom questions in the customer’s selected language are displayed in the online registration form and online customer accounts.

Edit Custom Question Translation in Account Settings:
  1. From Home page, click Account on top right hand side
  2. Click Custom translation
  3. Select a language
  4. (Optional) Filter Season or Form
  5. Click Edit translation link
  6. Make changes as needed
  7. Save
Edit Custom Question Translation in Season Setup:
  1. From Home page, click Setup under desired season
  2. Go to Step 6. Registration forms
  3. Click Customize registration form button
  4. Click Edit next to a custom question
  5. Navigate to Translation tab
  6. Select a language
  7. Make changes as needed
  • Note: To prevent agencies from using custom questions to gather consumers’ personal or payment information, agency users cannot edit Question label or Instructional text to include the following words or phrases: card, visa, mastercard, american express, americanexpress, cvv, ssn, social, driver's license, drivers license, driverslicense, passport.
