Modify Responses of Parent Questions in Registration Form

Agency users can follow below steps to make edits to the responses of parent questions in their submitted registration form. 

Note: The custom questions listed under "Parent/Guardian questions" appears in the registration form ONLY when the person who is registered is a child (under 18), so you need to check a child's registration form to view the parent questions.
  1. Click People tab, search desired child name
  2. Click on child name
  3. Go to family account, click View next to Season name under child name
  4. Scroll down to Registration forms tab, click Edit
    • Note: The parent questions won't be visible until you click Edit
  5. Scroll down to Parent/guardian information section
  6. Make modifications
  7. Click Save
