Running a Credit Balance report

A Credit Balance report can be downloaded to view all available credit balances of your customers.
  1. Go to Finance tab
  2. Select Reports tab
  3. Click Credit balance report
  4. Click on Export to download an excel file of the report
Agency users can click Season filter dropdown list to select desired season for which the credit balances display.

Season column displays the season associated with the corresponding credit balance Expiration date column shows the expiration date of the credit amount
