Downloading An Email Report

With the new Email report, you now can download the email reports to view email delivery as well as recipient actions. The Delivery dashboard shows statistics on what percentage of your intended recipients your email was delivered to, failed delivery to, or refused from, and the Recipient actions dashboard shows statistics on what percentage of your intended recipients opened, registered, clicked or complained after the email is delivered. Both dashboards now provide data to download and view details of the statistics. 

To download email report after the broadcast email is sent, please see below steps: 

  1. Click Email tab 
  2. Click Sent on the left menu 
  3. Click the desired Email from sent list 
  4. To view details of email delivery status, click Download report on Delivery dashboard 
  5. To view details of recipient actions after received email, click Download report on Recipient actions dashboard

  • Note: The "X registered" above the "Download report" hyperlink on the right side is tracking the registrations made thru the merge field "Registration link", see Registered.
     
Note: If you did not see the report after clicked the download link, please see this article Cannot Export Reports 
 
Note: The message "The number of email recipients has exceeded the limit of 25,000. The report cannot be downloaded" will appear and you cannot view the Delivered tab of the report if you tried to open the report via a web browser, please open the report via Microsoft Excel in your local Downloads folder.

Note: In the downloaded report, for non-adult consumers, the Name and Email address fields list their parent or guardian’s name and email. For imported email recipients, the Name field is blank.
