To clear all cookies, site data and cache, please follow steps as below.
  1. Open Firefox
  2. Click application menu button User-added imageon the top right
  3. Click History
  4. Click Clear recent history
  5. On the Clear browsing data and cookies pop up window, select desired When
     User-added image
        6. Click Clear
