When participants are set to absorb the registration fee and an order is created without successful payment (such as a failed payment), the registration fee becomes a balance after the order is canceled. If the agency does not require participants to pay this balance through their online account, the only way to remove it is to process a payment using Make a payment. The steps below outline how to complete this action.
  1. Locate the participant account by searching order number, online account email address, or full name from the search bar on the top of the page
  2. Click the Order number
  3. Click Make a payment besides Balance
  4. Click Pay in full
  5. Select Check or Cash
  6. Click Submit payment
