When participants are set to absorb the registration fee and an order is created without successful payment (such as a failed payment), the registration fee becomes a balance after the order is canceled. If the agency does not require participants to pay this balance through their online account, the only way to remove it is to process a payment using Make a payment. The steps below outline how to complete this action.
- Locate the participant account by searching order number, online account email address, or full name from the search bar on the top of the page
- Click the Order number
- Click Make a payment besides Balance
- Click Pay in full
- Select Check or Cash
- Click Submit payment
