This article explains how to cancel a membership that has already been purchased for a customer.
  1. Search for and select the customer's name
  2. Next to the membership click Cancel
  3. (Optional) Enter the amount to charge as a cancellation fee
  4. Click Continue to review screen
  5. (Optional) Reallocate credit to be held in the family's credit balance
  6. Click Submit
