Once you Create a Membership Offering and you Purchase a Membership for a Customer there are often instances where the membership then needs to be cancelled from the customer's account.

To cancel a customer's membership:
  1. Search and select customer's name
  2. Next to membership click Cancel
  3. (Optional) Input amount to charge as cancellation fee
  4. Continue to review screen
  5. (Optional) Reallocate credit to be held in the family's credit balance
  6. Click Submit
