Remove an Internal Discount from an Existing Registration

To remove an internal discount from a registration:
  1. Click People tab
  2. Locate person in the list or using the search feature at top right
  3. Click person's name
  4. Under Order history tab, click Order Number
  5. Click Remove next to desired internal discount

Note: This only applies to internal discounts that were manually added to an existing order by a system user
Note: Multi‑person discounts and multi‑session discounts are automatically applied when registrations qualify and automatically removed when they no longer qualify. These discounts cannot be removed manually
