Inactivate a Coupon

Content Details

Coupons that have been used cannot be deleted and must instead be inactivated by setting an expiration date in the past.
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Clickk desired Season name
  3. Click Coupons tab 
  4. Click desired Coupon Name
  5. Locate expiration date field
  6. Set Expires on to a past date
  7. Click Save
Note: The coupon code will still be listed in the system, but it will no longer be available for use online
