If a coupon has not yet been used by any registrants, it can be deleted. However, if a coupon has been used at least once, the coupon cannot be deleted. Instead, it must be changed to inactive by setting an expiration date that is in the past.

To inactivate a coupon code that has been used already:
- Click Home tab
- Under desired Season name, click Sessions
- Click Coupons tab
- Locate coupon and check box next to coupon
- Click Edit
- Locate expiration date field
- Set expiration date to a past date
- Click Save
- Note: The coupon code will still be listed in the Camp & Class Manager, but it will no longer be available for use online.
