This article explains how to delete a coupon that has not been used by any registrants. If a coupon has been used at least once, it cannot be deleted and must instead be inactivated by setting an expiration date in the past.
To delete a coupon that has never been used:
To delete a coupon that has never been used:
- Click Home tab
- Click desired Season name
- Click Coupons tab
- Locate the coupon and check the box next to it
- Click Delete
- Confirm that coupon is deleted
Note: The coupon should no longer display, and the coupon code can no longer be used
