If a coupon has not yet been used by any registrants, it can be deleted. However, if a coupon has been used at least once, the coupon cannot be deleted. Instead, it must be changed to inactive by setting an expiration date that is in the past.

To inactivate a coupon, follow the steps listed in this article: Inactivate a Coupon

To delete a coupon that has never been used:
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Under desired Season name, click Sessions
  3. Click Coupons tab 
  4. Locate coupon and check box next to coupon
  5. Click Delete
  6. Confirm that coupon is deleted
Note: The coupon should no longer display, and the coupon code can no longer be used.
