When a coupon is applied to an order internally it can show as expired, even if the coupon expiration date has not been met.
This error occurs when the Starts on date is set in the coupon set up, and is caused by the start date of the coupon being set after the date of the registration to which it is being applied.

To delete the Starts on date for coupon:
  1. From Home page, click name of desired season
  2. Click Coupon tab
  3. Select appropriate coupon name from list
  4. Delete Starts on date
  5. Click Save
