When applying a coupon that is designated as eligible for All sessions to an order  and the system displays the following error: "[code] doesn't match any existing coupons," follow the steps below.

Note: The [code] field above refers to the Code assigned to the Coupon on the Coupons screen
  1. Go to Home tab
  2. Click name of the desired Season
  3. Go to Coupons tab
  4. Click name of the desired Coupon
  5. Select Selected session next to Eligible session
  6. Click Edit
  7. Select Session coupon will be applied to
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Save again
  10. Apply coupon to the order from the Order screen.
  11. Once coupon has been applied, go back and revert the changes previously made by making the Coupon eligible for All sessions like it was previously set up.
