In an email report, the Opened field shows the estimated number of emails that recipients opened from their inbox.
Note: If a recipient opens an email but does not automatically download pictures or click any links, the email is not counted
If you need to check who has opened the email, download the details from email report by following these steps:
- Open Email tab
- Click Sent on left panel
- Click on the desired email description
- On email report page, click Download report in the Recipient actions section to download an Excel-formatted email recipient action report
