Delete an Email Template

This article explains how to delete an email template. Templates may be deleted if they have never been used, will not be used again, or if a newer version has been created.
  1. Click Email tab
  2. From the list on the left, click Templates folder
  3. Check the box next to the desired template and click Delete
  4. In the pop-up, click Yes
Note: Verify the template before completing the process, as it will be permanently deleted
Note: Templates that have been used in an email campaign cannot be deleted
