Email Participants from the Supplemental Forms Tab

You can send emails directly to participants from the Supplemental Forms tab. This allows you to communicate with individuals who have completed or need to complete supplemental forms. Follow the steps below to email participants.
  1. From home page, click the Season whose participants you would like to email
  2. Click Supplemental forms tab
    • Note: If there are many participants listed, you can use the search box to find specific participants or filter results by session, form name, and document status
  3. Check the box to the left of the participant’s name
  4. Click Email selected people
    • Note: The Create email message area will open with the selected participants listed as the recipients. If a participant is selected multiple times on the Supplemental forms tab, they will only receive one email
  5. (Optional) Click Email all people button
  • Note: "All people" refers to the results after filters have been applied, as mentioned in Step 2
  1. Create the email
  2. Click Send
