You can add specific questions for a secondary parent or guardian to your registration forms. These questions may include name, email, address, phone numbers, date of birth, and gender. Follow the steps below to add them.
- At homepage, click Setup under the desired Season name
- Select Registration forms at the right side
- Click Customize registration form
- At the bottom part of the page, the secondary parent/guardian section by default uses the same set of questions asked of the primary adult
- Note: Add new questions under Parent/Guardian questions section, that will apply to Secondary parent/guardian
- Click Save and Continue
