- Navigate to www.active.com
- Click Sign In at the top right of the page
- Enter login credentials
- Hover over your name in the top right corner and click Settings
- Under My Profile, make necessary modification
- Click Change Password on the left side
- Click Go to Passport
- Enter Current password, New password, and Confirm password
- Click Submit
