Camper notes can be added to individual participants to track important details such as registration changes or behavioral or medical information. Notes can be created and managed from both the Person Summary and Registration Summary views for any camper in a family or for the entire family. You can view a note’s contents by selecting its title, and notes can also be included in custom reports.

To create a new camper note:

  1. Select People tab
  2. Search and select the participant name
  3. Select Add note under Notes header
  4. Input note content
  5. Select note Type from drop-down menu
  6. (Optional) Check Mark this note as important 
  7. Select which participant note Relates to
    • Note: This option is only available if multiple participants are in the account
  8. Click Save
