Camp and Class Manager does not allow merging or deleting customer records. If you encounter duplicate records, follow these steps to manage them.
- Cancel one registration if each record has a registration
- Note: Registration cannot be transferred from one customer record to another
- Re-register the customer under the other record
- Rename the duplicate customer’s name to DNU or Do Not Use to avoid confusion between multiple records
- Contact support if you need assistance changing the customer‘s online account login email
