Camp and Class Manager does not allow merging or deleting customer records. If you encounter duplicate records, follow these steps to manage them.

  1. Cancel one registration if each record has a registration
    • Note: Registration cannot be transferred from one customer record to another
  2. Re-register the customer under the other record
  3. Rename the duplicate customer’s name to DNU or Do Not Use to avoid confusion between multiple records
  4. Contact support if you need assistance changing the customer‘s online account login email
