Pick-one questions allows registrants to choose one answer out of multiple options.
- In Question box, type question
- Click Question type drop down
- Choose Multiple choice - choose one
- For Display status, select Radio button or Dropdown
- Note: Radio button will show all options with a circle button to the left, Dropdown gives a list in dropdown list form
- In Choices boxes, enter answers that registrants can choose
- Click Add another choice to add answer options
- Note: A question can be required by checking the box for Require a response
- Note: To require a new answer from returning customers in the future, check the box for Do not auto-fill this question
- ​Click Save and add another
- Click Apply
