Use these steps to create a report label that shortens how a question appears in a report’s column header.

A report label helps identify a question in reports. Long questions can be shortened so the full text does not appear as the column header. For example, if the question is: "Please list any medication that your child is currently taking. Include medication name, dosage, and frequency", use "Medication".

To create a report label:
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click Reports beneath desired Season
  3. Select a saved custom report or click New custom report
  4. Click Customize and choose Edit Columns
  5. Select the checkbox from the right-side column
  6. Edit Column label field
  7. Click Save
Note: When the report is downloaded, the column header will appear as the report label instead of the full question
